One parent, two connected initiatives
OPERiON is the parent company — a Penang-based software and digital transformation business founded in 2007. OPERiONPlus and PDX both sit underneath it: OPERiONPlus is the training and capability-development arm (this site), and PDX is the group's public-facing digitalisation conference and exhibition.
PDX (Penang Digitalisation) has grown into one of Northern Malaysia's larger enterprise-technology gatherings. Its most recent edition, PDX2026, brought together 4,000+ enterprise leaders, 22 keynote speakers and 92 tech exhibitors around enterprise strategy, smart manufacturing, ESG and AI transformation, and the series continues with PDX2027 (the Penang Tech Supply Chain Expo) in June 2027. Because OPERiONPlus organises training for the same community PDX brings together, our programmes stay grounded in what Malaysian businesses are actually working on, not a generic syllabus.
